You will NOT be allowed to enter without a wristband or race number! Wristbands and race numbers need to be picked up before the race!
Pickup dates voor wristbands (5K) and race numbers (10k)
5K wristbands can be picked up on Tuesday, March 10, from 18:00h to 20:00h at Krioro Noord.
10K race numbers can be picked up on Tuesday, March 17, from 18:00h to 20:00h at Adept, Surinamestraat 21.
Cutoff time for the 10K is 110 minutes. If you fail to make the cutoff time you will not receive a finish time or finish medal.
The 5k does not have a cutoff time because it is not a race.

Swimming is possible until 16:00h.
Waterposts will be available at the start, 2.5k, 5k, 7.5k and the finish. Fruit will be available at the start/finish.
Each finishing participant with will receive a finisher medal!
10k participants will receive a race number. This number needs to be worn on the frontside (chest or stomach) of your shirt.
10k participants finish time will be clocked based on their race number.
There will be a medical team of Bridge Medical Services on location. There will also be physiotherapists available.

Winners ceremony
The meeting point for buses is KKF Kernkampweg (across DETO). The buses leave at 5:00 am. After the awards ceremony, the buses return to the city around 11:00.
The route goes through savanna, sand and forest trails. There will be some shallow creeks to cross.
